WT has got to start tracking other non-ecomm events like leads (subscribing to a newsletter). For some business models this is an integral step in the buying cycle.
For instance, when a more considered purchasing decision needs to take place. I sell upholstered beds, a customer doe snot just buy a sofa. You send samples first (subscribing) they consider the best fabric for their bedroom and then place an order.
Think about paints, wallpaper, furniture companies.
We need this to develop a conversation with the prospect and through a bit of 360 remarketing and machine learning convert the sale.
